The method consists of comprehensive training in
Bellydance technique with an emphasis on correct
anatomical function, development of strength and
improved posture.
As with starting any new exercise routine it would
be wise to consult a physician if you have questions.
If you are not sure what level of dancer you are, click

You are welcome to join in any time, if classes are not full.
Arrive on time and switch off your cell phone during classes.
Please note, except for tuesday classes, registration for classes is all done through the individual (community) centres,
not through Nadiya.
