Straight posture. Abdominals slightly pulled in and gluteal muscles tucked under to protect your back.

Hip overturn
This is a bit complex. Describe a half circle
with accents (3/4 shimmy). Shift weight each time when stepping from L to R foot.
With accent 1 weight is on your L foot, at 2 on both
feet and with 3 on your R foot.
Pull in your belly when reaching the far sides.
